Saira Banu was born on August 23, 1944 to Naseem Banu and film producer Mian Ehsan-ul-Haq. Started off in the field of acting at a tender age of 16 with no training or skill, she started at a very low position. It was gradually that she topped to an extent where nobody could really beat her about. At the age of 12, when most people fail to understand the language of love, she fell in love with Dilip Kumar who was around 22 years elder to her. This love withstood it all once they got married when she was 22 and, till today their love is an inspiration to many.
